Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and application training for Diagnostic Imaging Systems
- Provide internal product training for the sales and technical teams
- Understand customer needs and deliver effective clinical application support
- Assist the Sales Team with customer presentations, product evaluations, and lead generation
- Build strong relationships with radiologists, radiographers, sonographers, surgeons, and healthcare professionals
- Visit hospitals, healthcare facilities, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) regularly
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies
- Support seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and medical conferences
- Travel for product training, customer support, and business activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in B.Med.Tech (Imaging)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Imaging or as an Application Specialist
- Age between 25โ40 years
- Experience with CT, C-Arm, Ultrasound, Digital X-ray, or other Diagnostic Imaging Systems is highly preferred
- Strong presentation, communication, and clinical application training skills
- Medical device industry or medical equipment sales support experience is an advantage
- Willing to travel locally and internationally when required
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and a strong team player
