Responsibilities
1. Implement sales strategies to achieve growth and hitting sales targets
2. Making appointments and regular call visit to new and existing customers
3. Communicate effectively and efficiently and maintain strong relationships with customers
4. Find new customer and build strong relationship to maximize sales
5. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
6. Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services
7. Responsible for tracking the competitor information and activities
8. Supervise sales team in sales operations
9. Promoting the products
10. Must be perform sales calls per daily/weekly/monthly.
11. Must be to get the sale target the respective area.
12. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly schedule
Qualifications
1. Education level - Any Graduate
2. Experience level - 2 years working experience in (Medical Disposable) sales.
3. Preferred Age - Under 35 years
4. Computer Skill level - Good (word, power point, Advanced excel), internet and email.
5. Language Skill - Good (English/Myanmar)
6. Good personality
7. Be able to do trips in the whole Myanmar.
8. Strong problem diagnosis and resolving skills, developing options, and implementing solutions.
9. Good cooperation and communication skills.
