Responsibilities
- Provides technical or clinical assistance during marketing and sales processes.
- Provides on-going customer support able to operate the medical imaging equipment during demonstration time.
- Trains and ensures that customers (medical imaging technologists) are properly and optimally able to operate the medical imaging equipment they have purchased.
- Monitors the installation of medical imaging equipment.
- Provides on-going customer support and re-visits clients to receive feedback on the product and their training needs.
- Keeps up to date on all equipment regulations and safety standards.
- Develops instructional programs.
- Re-trains clients and colleagues when systems or technologies have been upgraded.
- Customizes medical equipment instruction to a client’s needs.
- Participates in trade shows and other demonstrations and presentations.
- Suggest technical or clinical advice to Manager and GM to buy or not machines for Demonstration.
- Sharing Knowledge to Sale team or Home Base as internal Training
- Report to Manager, General Manager and Managing Director.
Qualifications
- Education level - Graduates in Medical Science, Med Tech (Radiology) and master degree is more favorable.
- Experience level - At least 3 years in similar position and/or worked in Imaging department of Public or Private Hospitals. (The latter matter require the recommendation letter)
- Preferred Age - Between 25 to 35 Years of age
- Must have proficient computer skills such as emailing, presentation, customer and supplier side communication and basic knowledge about Digital marketing.
- English proficiency is a must have.
- Shall have flexibility and patience in dealing with Customers and End-user
- Shall have to Travelling (usually Local and Foreign occasionally)
- Must have good social manners and can work happily at Customer-site.
- Experienced in Sales of Medical Equipment and Devices is a plus.
- Knowledge about Medical field is more preferable.
- Familiar with Specialist doctors of the Medical Imaging Departments of Hospitals is greatly concerned.
